Get the blood flow in your joints, release any aching muscles and any tension. Prioritise your own well being by giving your body what it needs. Some good love and affection.

Benefits Of Stretching Before & After Working Out
I sometimes hear that stretching after a workout isn’t needed and its most important before a workout which isn’t true. I strongly advise all my clients to do some stretching for at least 5 mins after a workout. Why?
Gradually brings the heart rate down. Reducing the pressure on the heart especially after a cardio or weight training workout. Stretching tells the body its time to go back to its normal state after working out.
Increases flexibility. Your muscles are warm and ready to be stretched. What a better time to do it and also cool the body down.
Gets rid of any Lactic Acid. This is especially important as it helps reduce muscle fatigue and soreness. Nothing like being too sore the day after a workout.
Stretching releases endorphins which are also called the happy hormone 🙂 So end your workout with a good stretching session and you will for sure be in a good mood.
